This Privacy Policy describes how the Handybill iOS application ("Handybill", "the app", "we") handles your information. The short version: Handybill does not collect, store or transmit your personal data to us. We do not operate any servers, we have no user accounts, and we have no access to anything you create in the app.
Everything you enter in Handybill — business details, clients, invoices, estimates, receipts, service catalog, signatures and logos — is stored locally on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, the app additionally syncs this data to your private iCloud database (CloudKit), which is controlled by your Apple ID and governed by Apple's privacy terms. We cannot read, access or receive any of this data.
None. Handybill contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs and no trackers. We do not collect usage data, identifiers, location, contacts or any other personal information. The app's App Privacy label is "Data Not Collected".
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. To validate purchases, the app may use RevenueCat, a purchase-infrastructure service, which receives only an anonymous, randomly generated purchase identifier and App Store receipt data — never your name, email or documents. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Reminders about overdue and recurring invoices are local notifications scheduled on your device. They are not sent through any server.
Handybill is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new "Last updated" date.
