Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Handybill iOS application ("Handybill", "the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Handybill on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own business purposes, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

All documents, client records and other content you create in Handybill belong to you. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the invoices and other documents you create, including compliance with tax and accounting regulations that apply to your business.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, including creating fraudulent or misleading documents, and not to reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

Handybill is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Handybill is not accounting, tax or legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business arising from the use of the app.

6. Changes

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version is always available at this address.
