Oche is a scoreboard. Use it for your own games, keep it fair, and remember that the numbers are only as good as what you tap in. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Oche: Darts Scorer & Counter ("the app") keeps score for darts games (X01, Cricket, Around the Clock), suggests checkouts, announces scores with a synthesised voice and keeps statistics for the players you add. It is provided by an independent developer ("we", "us") and distributed through the Apple App Store.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app except where the law allows it.
The app is free. Oche Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited players and bot opponents, Cricket, the full checkout table, full statistics and history, the trend chart, CSV export and table-mode themes. It is charged once to your Apple account and does not renew. Purchases are handled by Apple; refunds are governed by Apple's policies and requested through Apple. Use Restore Purchases on any device signed in with the same Apple account.
The app calculates scores, busts, checkouts and averages from what you enter. It does not see the board. Checkout suggestions follow common finishing charts and are suggestions only. We are not responsible for disputes at the oche, for house rules that differ from the app's rules, or for statistics based on mis-entered darts.
Player names, matches and statistics you create belong to you and stay on your device. You are responsible for the names you enter and for anything you share (match cards, CSV files) through the iOS share sheet.
Oche is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC), the World Darts Federation (WDF) or any other darts organisation, broadcaster, player or caller. Any references to standard rules and finishing charts are for informational purposes.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update the app and these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent required by consumer law, and otherwise by the laws applicable to the developer. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
