When you download SizeSnap from the App Store you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the app except where applicable law permits.
SizeSnap is free to download. SizeSnap Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase (non-consumable, not a subscription) that unlocks unlimited family profiles, shareable size cards and the ring measurement history. It is available to your Family Sharing group and can be restored on your devices with "Restore Purchases". Everything that was free when you downloaded the app — the Ring Sizer, all size charts, the Apple Watch app and sizes for you and one more person — stays free. If you bought SizeSnap while it was a paid app, all Pro features are included.
Always check the specific brand's own size chart before buying, especially for gifts, rings, and children's shoes. SizeSnap's tables are compiled from commonly published international conversion charts and are provided for convenience only.
The Ring Sizer draws real millimetres from your device model, or from your own calibration with a bank card or a coin. Its accuracy depends on how carefully the ring or paper strip is matched — about a quarter of a ring size when done carefully. For engagement and wedding rings, confirm the size with a jeweler before buying.
SizeSnap is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that size conversions will match any particular product's actual fit.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of SizeSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any purchase decisions made using the app — including items that do not fit. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app and SizeSnap Pro.
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.
We may update these terms for future versions of the app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
