These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Main Arc iOS application ("the app"), formerly HabitMint. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to the extent it does not conflict with these Terms.
Main Arc helps you keep a few daily rules for a set time (until New Year, 30, 66 or 100 days) and shows your progress as an arc of days, with streaks, shields and ranks. It requires no account. Your data is stored on your device and, optionally, in your private iCloud (see the Privacy Policy).
Main Arc is a self-improvement tool. It is not a medical device and gives no medical, nutritional or psychological advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise, diet or sobriety routine.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse-engineer the app except where the law permits it.
The app is free with up to three rules. "Main Arc Pro" adds up to five rules, automatic ticking from Apple Health, progress photos with a time-lapse, and the recap video.

*Prices in USD. The App Store shows the price in your currency before purchase. Plans bought in HabitMint (yearly, weekly, lifetime) stay valid and keep unlocking Pro.
Purchases are processed by Apple; refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules at reportaproblem.apple.com.
After reinstalling or switching devices, use Settings › Restore purchases in the app while signed in with the same Apple ID.
You agree not to use the app unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or try to access systems or data that are not yours.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update the app and these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
