Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By downloading or using Tilly – Countdown Widget ("the app") you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to all apps distributed through the App Store. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app except where the law expressly allows it.

3. Free features and Tilly Pro

Without a purchase you can create up to 3 countdowns, use the small Home Screen widget, 3 card palettes and reminders. Tilly Pro unlocks unlimited countdowns, medium and large Home Screen widgets, Lock Screen widgets, the Live Activity, photo backgrounds, all palettes and share cards without the "Made with Tilly" mark. Pro is available as:

Tilly Pro Yearly	Auto-renewing subscription, billed once per year. Includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
Tilly Pro Monthly	Auto-renewing subscription, billed once per month.
Tilly Pro Lifetime	One-time purchase. No renewal.

Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you confirm a purchase and may vary by country.

4. Subscription terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you do not cancel before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price of the plan.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in iOS Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Pro features are tied to the Apple ID used for the purchase. Use Restore Purchases in the app to re-activate Pro on a new device.

5. Your content

Countdown titles, dates and photos you add are yours. They are stored on your device and, if enabled, in your private iCloud database. We have no access to them and claim no rights over them. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Accuracy

Day counts are calculated in your device's local time zone and calendar and roll over at local midnight. Widgets are refreshed by iOS on its own schedule; in rare situations (low power, heavy system load) a widget may lag briefly. Reminders are local notifications and depend on your notification settings. Do not rely on the app for safety-critical timing.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

8. Changes

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
