Privacy Policy

Invoice Tools (the pages under ios.service-lab.site/tools/) are static web pages. This policy explains, truthfully and briefly, what happens to your information when you use them.

What we collect: nothing

The generators run entirely in your web browser. The text you type into a form, the logo you choose and the PDF you download are processed on your device and are never sent to our server or to any third party. There are no user accounts, no databases and no analytics scripts on these pages.

Local storage on your device

To save you retyping, each generator stores the following in your browser’s localStorage: your sender details (business name, address, email, phone), your payment details, your currency and paper size, and the next invoice number for each tool. This data stays in your browser, is not readable by us, and can be deleted at any time with the “Forget them” link under the buttons or by clearing your browser’s site data. Logos are held in memory only and disappear when you close the page.

The pages set no cookies.

Third-party resources

When you click “Download PDF” (or shortly after you start typing) the page loads one open-source library, jsPDF, from the cdnjs content delivery network (Cloudflare). That request reveals your IP address and browser type to Cloudflare in the same way any web request does; it carries none of your form data. The library is loaded with a fixed version and an integrity hash so it cannot be silently changed.

Server logs

Like every web server, ours records standard access logs (IP address, requested URL, time, browser user agent) for security and error diagnosis. Logs are rotated automatically and are not used for profiling.

Advertising (future)

We may add advertising from Google AdSense to these pages in the future to cover hosting costs. If we do, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, as described in Google’s advertising policies, and this page will be updated before that happens. Your form data will still never leave your device.
